Another tower at Miami Worldcenter has topped off.
The building is known as 600 Miami Worldcenter.
It broke ground in March 2024, with vertical construction beginning around six months later.
The structure now stands at 32 stories, after a top-off ceremony held in September. Contractors are now continuing with interior build-out.
600 Miami Worldcenter will have 606 residential units, delivered finished and furnished, and allowing flexible rentals. The units are said to be sold out.
There will also be a 4,500 square foot restaurant.
No parking garage is being built.
